If you are a fan of history, amusement parks, or nature, a Williamsburg, Virginia vacation is just what you need.  History comes alive in historic Williamsburg, VA.  You are able to walk the streets of the old city, seeing old shops and businesses as well as the stockades.  There are guided tours of the area given by individuals in authentic 18th century costumes who can share with you the rich history of the area.  If history is not high on your list of interests, Busch Gardens Amusement Park is also in Williamsburg and provides fun for the whole family.  There are plenty of rides for all ages, and stores and other entertainment for those individuals who do not enjoy the rides.  The food options are plentiful and diverse and allows for a great time to be had by all.

Renting Virginia condos in the area for a week would allow you to explore all that Williamsburg and the surrounding area have to offer.  For further historic sites, Jamestown, Yorktown, and Richmond are all just down the road from Williamsburg.  Williamsburg is also only an hour from Virginia Beach, allowing you the opportunity to spend a day at the beach enjoying the sun after a day full of history and learning.  Williamsburg vacation rentals allow you to stay central to many sites and cities.  While only two hours away from Washington, DC, there is so much to do and see.  A week would hardly be enough to take in all the fun.
